Tariff: Starting from Rs 3,950/Day

Classic Studio with Balcony (315 sq ft)
Layout: Bedroom + Bathroom + Kitchenette + Balcony
Tariff: Starting from Rs 4,950/Day

One Bedroom Apartment (465 sq ft)
Layout: Bedroom + Bathroom + Living Room with Couch seating + Dining Table
Tariff: Starting from Rs 5,950/Day

One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony (490 sq ft)
Layout: Bedroom + Bathroom + Living Room with Couch seating + Dining Table + Balcony
Tariff: Starting from Rs 6,950/Day

* The above stated Pricing is the starting range for our Studios & Suites. Prices are very dynamic, they may go up on certain dates and as per availability. Please check with our Sales Team for your exact Tariff amount and inclusions when making your Room booking.

* Any Extra Person/Beds above our Two Guests Occupancy limit will be charged at Rs 1200/night/person. Children below 8 Years stay for Free and those above 8 Years will be charged Rs 1200/night/person.

* All Tariff published above, are exclusive of Good & Services Tax (GST). The current GST is calculated at 12% but may change as per govt norms.

* All Tariff will always be billed in advance. Some Guests may also be required to provide a refundable damage deposit. This will be refunded back at the end of the stay.

* Cancellation Policy – We offer a flexible ZERO Cancellation Charge for any reservation cancelled 7 Days before check-in date. A 50% Cancellation charge is levied, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation within 7 Days of check-in date. Any other corporate stay cancellation policy will be mentioned by our sales team in your booking confirmation.
